It is a wire rod bender to CN.
Basically it is a bench that is equipped with bending mechanisms and tools and all this is controlled by a PLC.
The bending is done by means of an arm that allows the rod to rotate 360 and a rotating head that allows 4 bending radii.
Both the arm and the bending head are programmable and allows to manufacture countless models with a high quality of finishes.
There are different versions.
According to the feeding system:
    - Manual Cut Rod.
    - Automatic by roll and from motorized winder.
According to the thickness and hardness of the wire:

The wire feeder is an autonomous unit to CN.
It is mounted on a 4-roller drag box and equipped with an electrical panel, PLC with touch screen and control drivers.
It has two versions depending on the thickness of the wire:

Fabrication process:
The machine is governed by a programmable PLC.
It is fed by cut rods or by roll from motorized uncoiler.
If the feeding is by cut rod:
   The machine is equipped with a hopper and feeding mechanisms.
If the feed is per roll from motorized uncoiler:
   The machine is equipped with a CN drag box, a straightener and a cutting module.
   The wire is straightened, cut to size and follows the cut rod process.
   The motorized uncoiler is optional.
In a first step, at the entrance of the rod:
   The plastic grip is inserted into the handle.
In a second step:
   Sausages are made at the ends of the handles.
In a third step:
   The handle is formalized and ejected.

It is a hydraulic wire bender with tools, programmable, which can manufacture countless models, with high production and high quality finishes.

The machine allows to make welds, quick to test and totally reliable.
