| - It is an accessory that serves to straighten the wire that feeds a machine. |
| - The straightener is installed prior to a drag box and after a motorized winder, which are not included. |
| - The wire passes through the straightener by the mechanical traction of the drag box. |
| - It consists of two bodies with several rollers, a body in a horizontal position and another in a vertical position. |
| - The number of rollers of each body will be adjusted to the client's requirements. |
| - The upper rollers are fixed and only the lower ones are adjusted, to facilitate straightening. |
| - By means of an eccentric system, the rollers are separated, facilitating the introduction of the wire. |
| - To adjust the rollers, only the tensioning screw must be tightened, without having to loosen the rollers. |
| - The straightener model is specified by the client's requirements: |
| - Wire thickness, type and specifications. |
| - Maximum speed that it must support. |
| It incorporates perforated sheet metal covers for safety. |
| It is functional, robust and easy to use. |
