| The machine allows to make welds, quick to test and totally reliable. |
| The operator previously regulates the welding voltage and time, and orientates the electrodes. |
| The work cycle is for the operator to position the pieces to be welded, operate the mechanism by means of a pedal and the machine will close the clamps to make the welding. After releasing and removing the already welded part, the cycle can be repeated. |
| There are two versions according to the thickness of the wire: |
| MST-10: For wire thicknesses from 1 to 10 mm. |
| MST-20: For wire thicknesses of 6 to 20 mm. |
| The welder: |
| The soldering tips are round pivot and stainless steel for a long duration. |
| The pivots are easy to orientate for each measurement of the piece to be welded. |
| It allows welding different materials such as: mild steel, annealed, stainless steel. etc. |
| A digital control allows to regulate the welding time and intensity of the current. |
| It is precise, fast and almost cold, so it guarantees a minimum deformation of the material. |
| It incorporates passive safety systems and manual emergency stop. |
| It complies with European regulations approved and required by the EC: Machines 98/37 / CEE. |
