Machine to manufacture wire rings with or without welding. |
| It is a programmable wire bender that can manufacture countless models and sizes of hoops, with high production and high quality finishes. |
| It is fed by coil of wire from a motorized winder. |
| The bench is equipped with an electrical panel, an external control, a wire straightener, a drag box, the forming mechanisms to set the size of the ring and the ejection of the ring once it is finished. |
| The rollers for shaping the ring can be moved allowing the size of the rings to be changed. |
| There is the option that the positioning of the rollers to fix the size of the ring is programmable to CN. Several servos are incorporated into the machine, allowing the measurement change to be made automatically. |
| There is the option of welding the rings, the bench is equipped with a pneumatic clamp to position the ring to the welding group. |
| There are cases where the weld is wanted to over-secure and is regulated by producing an overflow of material in the profile of the rod: |
| - There is the option to include a deburring module to polish the weld. |
| - The deburring equipment lowers the weld with hydraulic blades |
| - After welding, tweezers move the ring to the blades for recessing and subsequent expulsion of the finished ring |
| There is the option of equipping the straightener with a wire positioning centesimal counter. |
| Depending on the thickness of the wire, the size there are different versions: |

| The machine's ring forming area is protected with a photoelectric barrier. |
