| Fabrication process: |
| The machine is governed by a programmable PLC. |
| It is fed from two entrances of wire and counts on its two boxes of drag and straighteners. |
| For feeding, two optional motorized winders will be necessary. |
| In a first step the wire of each entrance will be straightened and cut. |
| If it is a frame of bent legs, the first bending will be done. |
| With the rod of each entry, they will be crossed and welded together. |
| Before the welding process, there is the option to insert the bullets at the ends of the legs. |
| With the piece obtained it is transferred to a bending head to give it the definitive shape.After bending the finished piece is ejected from the machine, on a conveyor belt. |

| Basically it is a bench that is equipped with a wire feed system, bending and finishing tools, ejection mechanisms and all this is controlled by a programmable sequential program. |
| Manufactures all models of HIGH CHAIRS (formwork chairs) from 2 "to 12". |
| You can manufacture frames with smooth legs or with folded legs. |
