Programmable hydraulic bending machine to manufacture almost all models of wire handles on the market and insert them into the hot plastic container. It can move and can serve several injection machines. It is powered by cut wire rod. There is the option of inserting a plastic grip in the handle manufacturing process.

The machine:
   - Shapes the handle from cut rod.
   -  You have the option of inserting a plastic grip to the handle (optional).
   - Mount the handle to the plastic container. Both cold, and when leaving the injection machine.
Entries:
   - Plastic containers are deposited on the continuous input belt.
   - Cut rods are deposited in the rod hopper.
   - Plastic grips are deposited in a vibrating handle hopper (Optional).
Output;
   - Plastic containers with the handle inserted.
Process:
   1 / The plastic container moves and orientates on the tape.
   2 / The handles are manufactured: The cut rod is shaped and the plastic handle is inserted.
   3 / The handle is mounted in the plastic container.
   4 / The plastic container with the handle mounted moves to a tape where it is stacked.
Capability:
   - Ideal for coupling at the exit of the plastic injector. (Hot)
   - The machine can give service to several injectors when being able to move with wheels.
   - Changing the tools you can make different models of handles.
The feeding of the plastic grip for the insertion to the handle can be:
   - Manual: The operator positions the grips and feeds the machine.
   - Automatic: (Optional) The machine is equipped with a hopper, a vibrator and the tools to position the grips and feed the machine.
The machine is governed by a PLC:
   - It is programmed from touch screen.
   - The programming is sequential, very fast, and easy for the operator. It is designed so that all operating cycles, movements and times can be created or modified.
   - It allows to store the programmed models.
   - The screen displays all the necessary information on production and incidents.
   - It allows an easy and fast change of models.
It incorporates passive safety systems and emergency manual stop.
Complies with European regulations approved and required by the EC: Machines 98/37 / EEC.
It is a robust, productive and low maintenance machine.
