| It is a CN wire rod bender. |
| It is basically a bench that is equipped with bending mechanisms and tools and all this is controlled by a PLC. |
| The bending is done by an arm that allows to rotate the rod 360º and a rotating head that allows 4 bending radii. |
| Both the arm and the bending head are programmable and allow the manufacture of an infinite number of models with a high quality finish. |
| There are different versions according to the feeding system and the thickness of the wire. |
| The options according to the feeding system are: |
| - Manual from cut rod. |
| - Automatic from wire roll from motorized winder |
| The programming: |
| - It is programmed from the touch screen. |
| - It is an open system, sequential and on a graphic environment, |
| - It is very quick and easy for the operator. |

| - It allows to manage sequences of movements, times, servos, drives and security systems. |

| - On the screen all the necessary information of the production, warnings and incidences is visualized. |
| It has installed a remote control module to be operated via Internet. |
| It incorporates passive safety systems and manual emergency stop. |
| Complies with European regulations approved and required by the EC: Machines 98/37/EEC. |
| It is a robust, productive and low maintenance machine. |
